The principles set out below relate to the company's moral and ethical vision, values that the company has chosen as the cornerstone of its management.
HONESTY AND FAIRNESS
Honesty is a fundamental value that must always be considered in the performance of work. Relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborators, partners, and customers are managed based on principles and behaviors of fairness, collaboration, loyalty, and mutual respect.
PROFESSIONALISM
Brando srl is committed to respecting its employees, starting from the selection phase, by seeking professionalism, both formally and socially, as a synonym for responsibility.
TRANSPARENCY AND COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
Brando srl guarantees accurate information to its collaborators, staff, and any other external parties interacting with the undersigned company regarding significant corporate events. Financial data, corporate communications, and all other information this company provides to third parties meet the requirements of truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness. Therefore, the descriptions of each individual product on the website, along with the corresponding quantities and delivery times, are reliable and factual. Brando srl requires collaborators assigned specific consulting and management tasks to adhere not only to compliance with laws, regulations, and standards, but also to the professional standards required by the profession and, therefore, to adhere to the relevant ethical principles.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION
Brando srl has dedicated considerable attention to the security and confidentiality of corporate data, developing specific internal control programs for IT security. Regarding legal and documentation aspects, the company ensures that all data processing operations comply with regulations. With particular reference to both online and direct marketing activities, the company ensures the timely creation of specific forms to ensure transparent information for each data subject and, at the same time, obtains written consent in all cases where this is required.
The attention paid to information security encompasses all categories of data processed, acquired, managed, organized, and stored. Furthermore, in this regard, the company emphasizes respect for intellectual property rights (enshrined in the Copyright Law, Law 633, No. 641, as amended by the Conversion Law of February 27, 2009, No. 14, and in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Property Code) in the presence of trademarks or links to partner companies.

Consequently, discrimination based on social, racial, gender, language, or religion is prohibited. Respect for human dignity is a fundamental value that must be considered an integral element of the company's operations. Discrimination and violations of human rights through the encouragement of forced labor, child labor, and other forms of abuse are not tolerated. At the same time, Brando srl does not engage in behavior or choices that violate the right to equal opportunities.

The company has complied with the commercial agreements established by its partners. Therefore, the company prohibits any conduct aimed at hindering healthy and honest competition.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Brando srl , while ensuring full transparency in its operations, is committed to implementing all necessary measures to prevent conflicts of interest. This applies if any employee pursues an interest other than the company's mission or personally takes advantage of the company's business opportunities.
HUMAN RESOURCES
First of all, it should be clarified that the term “Human Resources” in this context includes any internal and external individual who carries out work for Brando srl .
In perfect harmony with the values described above, each individual is considered, first and foremost, a moral person; this means building and maintaining a working relationship centered on trust, fairness, and mutual honesty.
Staff selection is carried out directly by the owner through an interview, in compliance with impartiality and equal opportunities.
Upon establishing an employment relationship, each individual (employee or collaborator) receives all relevant information, including the assigned role, job regulations, and contact persons. While Brando srl defines hierarchical constraints, it pursues a "group" policy among workers through the planning of informational and training meetings.
Each employee/collaborator has the opportunity to obtain clarifications or answers to specific questions from the company's consultant. Brando srl supports an employment development policy based on the company's growth and profitability strategy.
All services are designed to avoid discriminatory behavior toward others, and situations that could create a conflict of interest must be avoided, as they are detrimental to the work and the company itself. This company always engages with customers, believing that being open to suggestions and criticism plays an important role in the company's growth. This makes sense and is effective if the comments, even negative ones, are expressed with a constructive intent and not purely out of contradiction.

Following the same guidelines established for both staff and customers, the company believes it is important to foster a collaborative spirit with each supplier or business partner in order to jointly pursue the common goal of customer satisfaction in terms of quality, cost, and delivery times.
ACCOUNTING TRANSPARENCY
Accounting activities are conducted in accordance with the rules established by our law and, in the case of transactions with foreign countries, in compliance with the relevant tax laws. Accounting management is entrusted to specifically appointed individuals with the support of external professionals.
Every accounting transaction performed and recorded is accompanied by the corresponding supporting documentation, facilitating audits and activity traceability, and highlighting the responsibilities of each operator. The use of company funds for illegal or improper purposes is strictly prohibited and severely punishable.

In the text described, the term consumer or user is herein understood to mean (the natural person acting for purposes outside of any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity); the terms cash on delivery and credit card payment indicate the current payment methods used to activate online transactions relating solely to sales made through the e-commerce system.
TERMS OF SALE
Brando srl (BLUBASIC.COM) wishes to inform customers of the new payment methods available on the e-commerce site for the conclusion of sales. These include cash on delivery and credit cards via the banking channel indicated on the site.
Brando srl also emphasizes the concept of consumer protection introduced by Legislative Decree 50/1992 and Legislative Decree 22/5 no. 185/1999 regarding sales outside of commercial premises. Contracts concluded using computer or electronic means are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 50/1992 and Legislative Decree 22/5 no. 185/1999 regarding contracts negotiated outside of commercial premises and subsequent regulations established by Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003, and Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005, the "Consumer Code," which harmonizes and reorganizes the regulations concerning purchasing and consumption processes to ensure greater consumer protection.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following conditions are effective as of June 2012 and may be updated or modified at any time by the undersigned company, which will provide notice of such changes through a notice published on its website. The consumer undertakes to print and retain a copy of these general conditions whenever they are modified.
SUBJECT OF THE ONLINE CONTRACT AND ITS DEFINITION
An "online" sales contract is a distance contract, i.e., a legal transaction involving movable goods and/or services entered into between Brando srl , acting as supplier, and a consumer/customer within a distance selling system organized by the supplier, who, for this contract, uses exclusively the remote communication technology known as the "internet." All contracts, therefore, will be concluded directly through the consumer/customer's access to the website www.blubasic.com, where, following the indicated procedures, the contract for the purchase of the goods will be concluded. A consumer is a natural person who purchases goods and services for purposes not directly related to their professional activity.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The IT system that characterizes this website is designed to ensure immediate order fulfillment and avoid unnecessary customer delays. It displays the physical availability of the product in real time in its electronic catalog. If an order exceeds the quantity currently in stock, Brando srl will notify the buyer whether or not the product will be available in the future. If so, the system allows the actual quantities in stock to be checked out, purchased, and received within the specified timeframe. The consumer has no priority over such goods and will be notified of their availability as soon as they become available so that they can complete the purchase. The product will then be available to all customers. In the event of even temporary unavailability of the goods, the supplier must immediately inform the consumer before or upon execution of the contract and, where applicable, refund any amounts already paid for the supply pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. Unless the consumer consents to be given before or at the time of conclusion of the contract, the supplier cannot fulfill the contract by providing a supply other than that agreed upon, even if of equivalent or higher value.
ERROR MANAGEMENT DURING THE PURCHASE PHASE
This section provides information on how to handle errors during the "fill cart" phase before completing your purchase. In the "cart" form, you'll see the words "delete from cart" and then "clear cart" to allow you to delete unwanted items.
All products marketed by Brando srl are quality national and international brands. Many manufacturers conduct scientific research to ensure a healthy lifestyle for those wearing their products. This research evaluates the quality of the fabrics used, the fit, and the product's durability. Pursuant to Articles 104 and 105 of the Consumer Code and subsequent amendments, if the manufacturer discloses any risks or defects, Brando srl will remove the product from its display case and provide the user with the necessary explanations. For the sake of transparency, it is important to note that a product is presumed to be "safe" when assessed based on non-binding national standards that implement European standards, the standards in force in the Member State in which the product is marketed, the European Commission's recommendations regarding guidelines for product safety assessment, the codes of good practice for safety in force in the relevant sector, the latest technological developments, and the level of safety that consumers can reasonably expect.
MINIMUM CONTENT OF PRODUCT INFORMATION
Pursuant to Article 6 of the recent update to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of April 6, 2005), we hereby specify that the products sold are original and belong to each manufacturer, as detailed in the relevant description form. They do not contain materials or substances that could cause harm to people, the environment, or property. Please note that should any commercial communication from one of the major manufacturers be received, Brando srl will immediately notify its customers and, if necessary, remove the product from the market.
BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS
Once the online purchase process has been completed, the consumer undertakes to print and keep these general conditions, which he or she will have already viewed and accepted as a mandatory step in the purchase, as well as the specifications of the product being purchased.
These conditions may be updated or modified at any time by this company, which will provide notice of such changes by posting a notice on the website. The buyer is prohibited from entering false, invented, or fictitious information during the registration process required to execute this contract and receive any subsequent communications. Personal details and email addresses must be their own personal information and not those of third parties or fictitious data. It is expressly prohibited to register twice for the same person or enter third party information. Brando srl reserves the right to take legal action against any violation or abuse in the interest and protection of all consumers. Furthermore, to prevent abuse or incorrect commercial practices, the company will contact the interested party directly using the information acquired. Furthermore, Brando srl implements a policy of attention and awareness towards minors in order to prevent the emergence of problems related to the misuse of payment methods and unwary purchases.
The Customer releases Brando srl from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the Customer, as the Customer himself is solely responsible for their correct entry.
AUTHORIZATIONS
By completing the customer information form during the registration process, which is required to initiate the execution of this contract and any related communications, the customer authorizes Brando srl to communicate their personal data (as defined in Article 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003) to trusted couriers and/or freight forwarders and to credit institutions for the delivery of purchased goods, in order to facilitate the necessary delivery procedures. This company has published a transparency statement regarding the processing of data recorded by the user.

| WARRANTY |

RESPONSIBILITY
Brando srl assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure and/or unforeseeable circumstances, such as accidents, thefts and/or robberies of the courier responsible for delivery, fires, explosions, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed timeframe and manner. Brando srl will not be liable to any party for damages, losses, and costs incurred as a result of failure to perform the contract for the above-mentioned reasons, with the consumer only entitled to a refund of the price paid. Likewise, Brando srl is not responsible for any fraudulent or unlawful use by third parties of the products purchased.
CONTRACTUAL TERMINATION AND EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
Brando srl reserves the right to terminate the contract by simply notifying the customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case, the customer will be entitled exclusively to a refund of any sums already paid. The obligations assumed by the customer pursuant to Article 3 (Buyer's Obligations), as well as the guarantee of successful payment made by the customer using the methods set forth in Article 5, are essential. Therefore, by express agreement, the Customer's failure to fulfill even one of these obligations will result in the automatic termination of the contract pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, without the need for a judicial decision, without prejudice to Vrients' right to take legal action for compensation for further damages.
ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING
Brando srl is committed to complying with anti-money laundering and financial transparency regulations. In light of the entry into force of the Spesometro (introduced by Legislative Decree 78/2010), customers are advised that payments above the legal threshold will be recorded in the Black List, or more precisely, reported to the Tax Registry. Therefore, in order to comply with these tax regulations, each user is required to provide their tax code. Furthermore, please note that in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, cash payments for amounts equal to or greater than €2,999.00 are not permitted.
JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, or violation of purchase contracts entered into online through this website is subject to Italian jurisdiction; these general conditions refer, to anything not expressly provided for therein, to the provisions of the Consumer Code.
Any dispute between the parties regarding this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in whose district the consumer resides or is domiciled, if located in Italy. For all other customers, it is agreed that any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Aside from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data by writing to the email address indicated in the appropriate box for information requests or other communications. For the sake of completeness, it should be noted that in some cases, not covered by the ordinary management of this site, the Authority may request information pursuant to Article 156 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, for the purposes of monitoring the processing of personal data; in these cases, a response is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanctions. These Legal Notices are divided into different sections identifying the current regulatory areas defined by this company.
It is important to note that the following information may be subject to revision and addition by this company whenever necessary. To this end, and for the sake of transparency, the current version number (currently version 1.0) is shown on the front cover. The Legal Notes also describe the user's browsing rights governed by both the Privacy Code and subsequent laws, thus unifying the current types of protection for the affected individuals in a single session.
TRADEMARK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS PROTECTION
Brando srl represents not only the name of the owner company, but also its registered trademark. Legal protection is hereby extended to the domain name, based on the recognition granted by the legislator with the new Industrial Property Code (Legislative Decree 30/2005). Indeed, the new legislation allows for domain names to be protected from infringement and usurpation by third parties, providing for both ordinary proceedings and precautionary measures. Specifically, Article 133 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure allows the judicial authority to order an injunction against the use of an illegitimately registered domain name, or its provisional transfer, if applicable, subject to the provision of an appropriate security deposit by the beneficiary of the measure. In light of the above, the site and its contents are the exclusive property of Brando srl, which reserves the right to grant any rights of use to third parties. However, we must point out that the site contains some images or publications whose copyright does not belong to Brando srl , but only to their use. Any copying, downloading, or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the content published on this website is prohibited unless the possibility of carrying out one of the aforementioned operations is expressly indicated. The user is therefore only authorized to view the site and to perform all temporary reproductions, devoid of any economic significance, which are considered transitory or incidental, an integral and essential part of viewing www.blubasic.com and its contents, and all other browsing operations performed solely for legitimate use. Copyright protections apply exclusively to this website and extend exclusively to the site www.blubasic.com.
Regarding the regulation of links, it is necessary to distinguish certain situations by specifying that the current version of the Legal Notes does not contain any links to external sites. In the event that external links exist, Brando srl does not control or monitor such websites or their content and therefore cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites and the rules adopted by them, including with regard to your privacy and the processing of your personal data while browsing.
The undersigned considers "surface linking" to be legitimate, i.e., the classic link that transports the visitor to the home page of another site; however, "deep linking" and "framing" are not authorized and may lead to liability for copyright infringement and unfair competition, respectively.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION
Brando srl places great importance on data privacy and security, implementing specific internal control programs and well-defined policies. Security measures are implemented for both paper and electronic data processing. It is our established practice to obtain consent to the processing of personal data, subject to the provision of appropriate information, including for marketing and communication activities conducted by this company. The databases containing the information of users who have registered on the website www.blubasic.com are maintained and accessible only by the owner, who does not disclose them to third parties.
