How to buy
To find a specific item: click on "Search" or the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the page. A search bar will appear: enter the brand, title, or description of the item.
To browse by brand: on desktop, click on "Brands" at the top left of the screen. On mobile devices, select the Menu icon at the top left and choose "Brands." Once the category is selected, a list of BLUBASIC brands and their subcategories will appear.
Checkout
To purchase an item, choose the size and click "Add to cart." A pop-up with your cart will appear. To proceed with the purchase, select "Check-Out."
Note: adding items to your cart does not guarantee their reservation.
From the cart, you can remove an item by clicking on the "x" next to the product.
At checkout:
- Enter shipping and billing address
- Choose the shipping method
- Select the payment method
- Review the order before confirming
Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number and details.
Book an in-store appointment
To view and try on items from our online catalog, book an appointment with our team.
To get started, click on "Book an appointment" at the bottom of the website. On the dedicated page, you can choose the date, time, and items, confirm your booking, and receive a confirmation email with the details.
Bookings can be modified or canceled up to 28 hours in advance. For urgent cancellations, please contact our Customer Care for assistance.
