Shipping and Delivery
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping tracking information, which will allow you to monitor the progress of the delivery.
Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after the order has been shipped.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to the specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility, and from that moment on, BLUBASIC will no longer have any responsibility for the goods.
DUTIES AND TAXES
By placing an order with BLUBASIC, you acknowledge that this sale takes place outside of Italy and that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use.
Prices displayed on the website include VAT and customs duties for the following countries:
USA, Japan, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Canada, Australia, South Korea, and China.
Please note that for all countries not mentioned above, customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. This amount must be paid to the carrier, according to the procedure recommended by the carrier itself.
Please also note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, shipping costs and import taxes related to the automatic return of the package to the sender will be charged to the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount due.
AVAILABLE GOODS AND PRE-ORDERS
Available items are shipped immediately according to the stated delivery times. Pre-ordered items are shipped as soon as they are available in stock. In the case of a mixed order (available and pre-order items), shipping will occur in two distinct phases.
- Available goods: shipped within 2 weeks of order confirmation
- Pre-ordered goods: shipped on the availability date indicated online
SHIPPING METHODS
BLUBASIC.COM ships worldwide via UPS Express. Customers receive an email from UPS with the tracking number (AWB) for the order.
To track the status of an order, please visit the official UPS website https://www.ups.com/track and enter the tracking number sent via email in the "Track" area.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Italy: 1-2 business days
- European Union: 2-3 business days
- United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
- Rest of the World: 2-3 business days
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are indicated by geographical area. In case of refusal of the package, shipping costs and any customs duties for the return will be deducted from the refund.

INSURANCE
All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage until delivery to the customer, at no additional cost.
DELIVERY
The customer must inspect the package upon delivery and, in case of damage or tampering, sign with reservation or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to e-commerce@BLUBASIC.COM.
FAILED DELIVERY
In case of failed delivery due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, absence, refusal of package), the shipping cost and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund.
IN-STORE PICKUP
When placing an order, you can pick up your order for free at the BLUBASIC Rome store through the PICK UP IN STORE service.
The delivery date indicated in the order confirmation is to be considered indicative.
You will be contacted via email to inform you that the order is ready for pickup, and you can pick it up in person (by presenting the order number, your full name, and an identification document) or through another person authorized to pick up the order on your behalf. In this case, the authorized person must present the order number and an identification document.
FRAGRANCE SHIPMENTS
Fragrances are considered "dangerous goods" and are subject to IATA regulations for air transport. Fragrances will be shipped in specific boxes and seals and cannot exceed 150 ml.
Please note that fragrances can only be shipped to the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vatican City.
When an order includes a fragrance and other clothing items, the fragrances will be handled separately from the customized BLUBASIC box. Additionally, fragrances cannot be packaged in gift boxes.
NOTES FOR RUSSIA
It is not possible to ship jewelry and costume jewelry to the Russian Federation.
