Promotions and Codes

BLUBASIC may occasionally offer promotional codes to customers.

• Already discounted items (sale) may not be eligible for further discounts.
• Unless otherwise specified, codes are redeemable online.
• For orders with multiple items, the discount is proportionally distributed among all eligible products.
• Discounted and returned items will be refunded for the amount actually paid, not the original price.
• Invalid or expired codes will not be replaced.
• Only one promotional code can be applied per order.

BLUBASIC reserves the right to terminate, modify, or extend promotions and discounts at any time without prior notice. The use of promotions implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

General Conditions for Promotional Codes

• Codes apply to selected items published on BLUBASIC.COM.
• To redeem the code, enter it in the designated field at checkout; if not entered, the discount cannot be applied retroactively.
• If the order contains multiple items, the discount is proportionally distributed based on the value of the individual eligible items.
• The value of the code cannot be converted into cash or applied if the code is inapplicable, invalid, or expired.
• One code per order.
• Codes have a limited duration and may not be valid during certain periods of the year.
• BLUBASIC is not responsible for lost emails or technical delays; in such cases, the promotion may be modified or canceled.
• Within the limits of the law, Italian law applies and the competent court is that of Rome.

Private Sales

Events reserved for selected members. You must log in with the invited account to view the offer.

As these are private events, details must not be shared or advertised (websites, social media, messaging, email, etc.). In case of violation, BLUBASIC may suspend the account and/or cancel affected transactions. The offer may be terminated, modified, or extended at BLUBASIC's discretion without prior notice.

Additional Conditions — Online Private Sale

• Valid only for eligible customers logged in to blubasic.com (invited account).
• Does not apply to shipping costs.
• Online prices and promotions may differ from any in-store initiatives.

Applicable Terms (online and in-store)

• Validity dates/times will be communicated via email (with at least 48 hours' notice for closing).
• Valid only on merchandise marked "Private Sale" and cannot be combined with other discounts/codes.
• Not applicable to previous purchases.
• BLUBASIC may refuse or cancel orders in case of fraud, abuse, or other reasons.

Public Sales and Promotions

• Limited-time discounts on selected brands/items; the discount is automatically applied at checkout on eligible full-price merchandise.
• The discount does not apply to shipping costs and cannot be combined with other codes/offers.
• Not valid on previous purchases; non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
• Returns follow our policy: discounted items will be refunded for the amount paid.
• BLUBASIC may modify/extend/terminate the promotion and update the terms without prior notice.

Price Adjustment Policy

• If a purchased item goes on sale or is discounted within 14 days from the order date, you can request an adjustment.
• The item must still be available on blubasic.com in the same size and variation purchased.
• The adjustment is applicable only once per item.
• Contact Customer Care within 14 days: if eligible, we will refund the difference to the original payment method.
• Exclusion: we do not apply adjustments to items that become eligible for coupons (coupons are only valid for future purchases within their validity period).

Price Match Policy

If an item is sold by another authorized online retailer at a lower price, BLUBASIC may match the price under the following conditions:

• The retailer must be authorized for that brand/item.
• Same variation (style/color/material/season) and size available at the time of the request.
• The price to be matched must be full price (not already discounted).
• The final price (including shipping, taxes, and duties) must be lower than the final BLUBASIC price.
• Price expressed in the same currency as the BLUBASIC website and not resulting from a typographical error.
• Excludes offers not open to the public (trade, private events, clubs, loyalty cards), cashback, bundles, financing, outlet, used, refurbished, display items, category-wide, or store-wide promotions.

Notes on Points/Membership Promotions (if applicable)

Any promotions dedicated to members (e.g., extra points) may have specific conditions (limited period, valid only in-store or online, deferred points crediting, etc.). Details will be communicated with dedicated terms and may be modified or canceled without prior notice.
