Manage Your Account

Creating a BLUBASIC account allows you to:

• Track current orders and view previous purchases
• Request a return directly from your account, without phone calls or emails
• Modify your order if it is still being processed
• Place orders faster: save shipping and billing addresses
• Subscribe to the newsletter for new arrivals, promotions, and updates

After registration, you will receive an email with a link to verify your address. Confirm within the specified deadline to complete account creation.

Guest Orders

To modify an order placed as a guest, create a BLUBASIC account using the same email address used for the purchase.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, reset it from the login page.

If you are asked to enter your old password, you can ignore it: this means that the reset was successful and you are already logged in.

Account Information and Data Protection

You can access your account at any time from the login page.

If you placed an order as a guest, create an account with the same email to view your history and manage requests.

You can download your personal data: we will provide it in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

You can request account deletion by following the instructions in the Contacts section. Deletion will occur after the resolution of any pending issues (e.g., right of return according to our Return Policy).
